Kris Jensen Design is proud to present Anemelo, a Greek restaurant in the heart of Maxwell Chambers, Singapore. Inspired by the relaxed elegance of the Greek islands, the project brings together a warm, natural palette, organic textures and timeless craftsmanship. Bespoke furniture, feature lighting, bar counters and custom joinery were developed as a coordinated collection to create an inviting setting for authentic Greek hospitality.

The Bar

The bar is a central feature of the restaurant, designed with a distinctive herringbone timber front and a substantial one-piece counter top. Its warm, weathered character establishes the rustic Greek atmosphere and provides a strong visual anchor for the dining space.

Custom Furniture

Custom joinery was designed to integrate naturally with the architecture and operational needs of the restaurant. Purpose-built counters, cabinetry, shelving and storage elements use a consistent material language, with teak and other natural finishes complemented by travertine and metal details.

Bespoke Joinery

Banquette Seating

The long banquette seating was developed to maximise comfort and capacity while maintaining a clean architectural line. Upholstered seat and back cushions provide durability for commercial use, while the restrained detailing allows the natural materials and surrounding furniture to remain the focus

Lighting & Details

Lighting forms an important part of the atmosphere. Copper pendants, rattan pendants and wall lights introduce warmth, texture and a soft Mediterranean character. These details work together with the furniture, finishes and signage to give Anemelo a distinctive identity from day through evening service.

A Complete Kjd Project

From initial design development through custom furniture, joinery, counters, lighting details and final installation, Kris Jensen Design coordinated the individual elements as one complete project. The result is a relaxed and characterful Greek restaurant interior that balances craftsmanship, functionality and a strong sense of place.
